The handles that I ordered were very nice but they didn’t fit my cabinets and drawers. My order was short one handle but the company said they would send another. I asked for information to return the handles so that I could return the handles for a refund. The manufacturer has refused to accept my emails they tried multiple times but they wouldn’t accept my emails. Very disappointed be aware of this company they are not accommodating and terrible customer service.

I never received the products . I sent a message but decided to check the reviews on this site (which I should have done before. ) I checked the tracking and the USPS says the label had been created but the package had not yet been delivered to the USPS. The seller’s response was that it was USPS fault. In the past reviews, others have experienced the same scenario. Given that I expect not to see anything. Unfortunately this is the second time this month on Etsy a seller did not send purchases. If I buy from Etsy again I will carefully check reviews and buy from Star sellers. I highly recommend that folks be very careful on this site. The last time the seller disappeared right after I put a complaint in but reappeared under a different name but exact same site look: same plants same descriptions everything
